New Patients

Cancellation policy

As a courtesy to our physiotherapists and other patients, please provide 24 hours notice when cancelling and rescheduling appointments. For cancellations or recurrent reschedules within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 30% consult fee will be applied to your next booking.


Pre registration

  • Please present at least 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork. 
  • Please don't be late as we will not be able to see you for the full allocated time
  • Don't be alarmed if you don't see a receptionist. Please make yourself at home whilst you wait for our physiotherapists to come out and collect you.
  • Please register using the iPad on the front desk.



Please wear or pack appropriate clothing:

  • So that the area can be exposed for assessment and treatment
  • You may be asked to expose relevant areas when needed and appropriate
  • Loose fitting sports wear is often preferred but not necessary

You will likely be asked to come back again:

  • Some things only take one session but most things take more
  • Your first session will focus on understanding your goals and finding the crux of your problem so that future treatments may be more effective

Will we run late?

  • It is unlikely that we will run late for two main reasons
    1. We have longer appointments so we aren't in a rush
    2. We don't stack our appointments

However, we are human after all and sometimes people just need a little extra time/care. So, although unlikely, we may run late from time to time. Thank-you for your understanding.
